True/False Day Two: Friday Music Showcase at Cafe Berlin

I've been shooting pretty center-weighted lately. Strange.

True/False Day Two: Just Another March March

I think every photog in town was out last night.

True/False Music Showcase at Eastside Tavern

I am one of the photographers on the "Friendly Paparazzi" team for the True/False Film Festival, and my first assignment was at Eastside Tavern. I was a little nervous because of the BLACK CEILINGS (!) but I made it through thanks to a make-shift diffuser from August. I'm really enjoying shooting so far; it feels good to get a little more creative with my photos.

Where The Wild Things Were

I let a stray cat in my house. Shenanigans with Alex Browning ensued.

Phi Sigma Pi: Game Night

Phi Sigma Pi is my honors fraternity, and it's full of some really wonderful people. These are some photos from the first week of spring rush.

Out with the Cold...

And in with the new! I feel like I'll never be warm again.

This is dedicated to Eve Edelheit, the love of my life who happens to be in Denmark right now. She made a photo like this before she left the states.

Ch-Ch-Changes

Hello everyone! You'll notice that I've changed the header of my blog. I'm transitioning into making this blog match my professional website, hence the name change. Same girl, new name.

Warning: Vignettes Ahead

I got a roll of Holga 120 developed from when I went to Pennsylvania last summer, and I am pretty pleased with the results! Usually I am only happy with one or two photos, so this roll proved to be a pleasant surprise. I'm shooting some slide film now, courtesy of Tim Rice. Enjoy!

Sweet old movie theater in Ocean City, New Jersey.

Lookit that lone bird.

Holt doggy. Such a sweetie.

The boys in PA had a makeshift shooting range.

Chicago.

If I'm ever hired to do a wedding, I'm going to use my holga. This was a favorite.
