St. Louis with Eve.
I went to St. Louis with my lovely friend Eve to take her Danish friends Gorm and Peter to the bus station. It was the first time in a while that I had taken out my camera and shot purely for fun, so it was refreshing.

Christmas Morning
It never fails. My 17-year-old brother always wakes the entire family up at the crack of dawn to open presents. We complain at first, but it's always lovely.
My best friend/favorite Jew/soulmate, Eve, came for Christmas as well. It was her first Christmas morning experience and I think she was a little tired.

I feel very greatly loved. I hope everyone else had a wonderful holiday as well.
Boone Life: Creature Comforts
This was my final project for my staff photography class that I put together for the Missourian. You can read the accompanying article I wrote here. I wish I could've spent more time on this, but given the amount of access I had (about three hours), I think it's pretty good.
Many thanks to the MU Children's Hospital and the families that let me shoot with them for their kindness.

Antique Hoopsters
Probably the most fun I've had on an 8am assignment. These guys are inspiring. You can read the story here.

Let There Be (Christmas) Lights
I was assigned to shoot the lighting ceremony at Columbia College last night and wasn't sure what to expect. When I first arrived on campus I was a little worried because there were not too many people there. My strategy was basically just to find small children who were dressed festively.
THEN THE MOST AMAZING THING HAPPENED. The photo gods said, "Let there be Christmas lights!" and I jumped into an evergreen tree and made my favorite photo of the entire semester. It's the first photo and I hope you like it as much as I do.
