Santorum in Peoria

Had the opportunity to photograph Rick Santorum the evening before the state elections. I was most struck by the number of children at the rally holding signs and shouting for Santorum to take the stage. I'm pretty sure I barely knew who the president even was when I was that small. Needless to say, I had a little more fun photographing the supporters than the man himself. 

Peoria Central takes first in state

Still not a fan of sports action, but I love everything that surrounds it. Took a ride on the fire truck for Central's victory parade yesterday. Some people were thrilled to see them ride by, others, not so much.

Lately I've been starving for good light. Maybe it's just a vitamin D deficiency. 

Back to High School

Cheerleaders and graduation ceremonies. 

Every day is something new. 

First Week

First week at the Peoria Journal Star. Moved here Tuesday night and started work Wednesday morning. I need a nap.
